There are two ways to learn to dive: you either go to a dive shop and buy a course of lessons or you join a local club like Central Scotland Dive Club. Learning with a club means you will be with other students to share your experience, experienced divers to share their knowledge & friends to go diving with and socialise, ie eat and drink!

At C-DIVERS you can start anytime between September and the end of April. Unlike most clubs our advanced training materials let YOU start when YOU want.

We have members of all ages from all walks of life so you won’t be out of place whoever you are. And you don’t need to feel shy - buy a round of drinks and you’ll be instantly accepted!

If you’re starting from the beginning (we recommend this even if you have done a basic course elsewhere) Club membership is only £8 per month plus a one-off joining fee of £200. This gives you your insurance, training manual, log and use of the club pool SCUBA equipment FOR THREE MONTHS - more than enough for your basic training. Your kit comprises BCD, regulators & 12 litre cylinder. Over the next few months you can start buying your own equipment, starting with mask, fins and snorkel.
SAA diver certificates are FREE and PADI certificates are only £20.

Without any doubt your C-diver course is the best way to learn to dive and with your new qualification you can dive in Scotland or abroad. But the best thing is: as a regular member of C-divers your advanced training is FREE!
